I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had a weird smell at first, but the great balcony view and comfortable bed made up for it. The air conditioning worked well, and having a terrace was a nice touch. The service was friendly, attentive, and so hospitable, truly making me feel welcomed. The location was superb, with the center of Florence just a quick stroll away, and it was fantastic being close to many restaurants and cafes without being right in the noisy city center. The dining experience was amazing, especially the variety of items available to order. Overall, a great value for the money.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel, with beautiful rooms that were extremely comfortable and a staff that was exceptional in their service. The location was perfect for exploring Firenze, being close to key attractions, restaurants, and cafes.
